Fufu Mix Plantain Mama's Choice 10 Lb

Fufu or Foufou is used as a side dish in African cuisine.
Fufu Mix  Plantain Mama's Choice is a finished powder made from plantains.

Directions:

With Gas/ Electric Ranch/Coalpo
1. Bring 2 parts water to a boil in a cooking po
    (Stove should be on hight heat).
2. Add 1 part fufu as you mix/kneaded continuously.
3. Continue kneeding for 10-12 minutes or until
    well done.
4. Form into balls as desired.
5. Enjoy with your favorite soup.

Cooking with microwave oven:
1. Add 2 cups of water to Mama's choice Plantain Fufu
    in a microwave bowl.
2. Blend into a uniform continuously.
3. Cover bowl and place in microwave oven.
4. Cook  for 2 minutes on high heat.
5. Remove and kneaded fufu for approx.
6. Sprinkle some water pm tje suface of the fufu.
7. Repeat step 3-6 until well done.
